This unique condominium complex is
located in Playa del Carmen, the most popular beach town
on the Riviera Maya coast of Mexico.
Playa del Carmen has grown from a small Mayan fishing
village to an international vacation destination with
visitors from all over the world. Although this is still
a walking town with a casual and friendly atmosphere.
The Riviera Maya has much to offer with fishing trips,
diving, snorkeling or just relaxing on the white sand
beach gazing at the turquoise blue water… with a frosty
margarita of course!
The Royal Palms is situated in one of the newest areas
of Playa del Carmen in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Playa’s famous fifth avenue pedestrian walkway is just
steps away with its cosmopolitan ambience and upscale
shops and restaurants. We are also only one and a half
blocks from Mamitas Beach Club, one of the most
beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen.
You will find the condo rentals at The Royal Palms
simply elegant with a high standard of comfort and
convenience.
On the courtyard garden level, overlooking the pool and
tropical gardens, are five two-story mezzanine loft
rentals with five-meter (sixteen foot) ceilings. |
UNIT DESCRIPTION |
WEEKLY RATES |
This luxury 2 level unit with 16.8 foot ceilings, is
located on the main level facing the pool and courtyard
gardens. The two story glass window allows for excellent
light and space throughout the unit. The unit has a
private patio and water feature off the entryway.
The sunken living room is level with the courtyard pool
and tropical gardens and provides for spacious
entertaining or relaxation. The ell-shaped sofa is wide
enough to double as extra sleeping accommodation for
guests.
Up three steps you will find the dining room and a
bright state of the art wood finish kitchen with marble
countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a
pantry, in suite laundry and a three-piece bathroom off
the dining room.
The dining table seats 6.
The unit is equipped with a queen-size Murphy Bed.
Ascending the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom level, you
will find a wrought iron railing the length of the
suite, which allows for a stunning view of the courtyard
garden and pool. The loft bedroom has hardwood floors
with a king-size bed and a full 4-piece bathroom with
combined Jacuzzi bathtub/shower. There is a large walk
in closet.
Rental is based on double occupancy. |
