Building on 5th avenue, Condo Ali provides the traveler
with all the conveniences of home and the ambiance of a
small cosmopolitan city.
In the heart of this newly developed area of Playa del
Carmen, known as the New 5th Avenue, it is an extension
of the world famous pedestrian mall lined with coffee
shops, jewelers, clothing stores, jazz bars, trinkets,
wares and gourmet restaurants. Anything you can imagine
can be found somewhere along 5th Avenue beginning at the
pier where you can catch a ferry to Cozumel. |

Condo Ali is a mere 2 minute walk to Mamitas Beach and
Playa Tucan the most popular beaches along this
Caribbean coastline. The crystal clear turquoise water
is never less than spectacular even to the locals who
frequent this spot. If you prefer, the Caribbean can be
viewed from your private roof top terrace with Jacuzzi.
Condo Ali is a three story condo with 2 bedrooms. It
offers a in the second level a master bedroom with a
King size bed and its a private bathroom. The second
bedroom has a king size bed. Both of these rooms have
big glass window-doors to the balcony with the view of
the 5th avenue.
Downstairs there is a full equipped kitchen with a
counter sitting, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee
maker. The living room has a full size television with
the comfort that makes you feel a home! This area of the
house has a sliding door that can be opened to the huge
balcony where you can find sun chairs and umbrella,
where you can get relaxed having a refreshing Margarita.
The fusion of Mexico and Europe has made this colorful
section of Playa the most desirable place to be. Quieter
than the heart of town yet anything you need is only a
short stroll away.
